Lexmark est le nom d'une entreprise internationale, fabricante d'imprimantes, basée à Lexington dans le Kentucky (États-Unis).
Elle a été créée en 1991 quand IBM a décidé de se séparer de sa division imprimantes Bureautique et personnelles. Son chiffre d'affaires a été estimé à 5,30 milliards de dollars en 2004. Numéro 4 mondial de son secteur en 2005 (source IDC), elle est actuellement dirigée par le Dr Paul Curlander.

L’entreprise est implantée en France sur deux sites :
Après avoir employé près de 750 salariés, l’entreprise a réduit ses effectifs de près de 300 personnes en 2006[1].
