Malcolm Norman Meninga (né le 8 juillet 1960 à Bundaberg, Queensland) est un ancien joueur australien de rugby à XIII et est actuellement l'entraineur du Queensland. Durant sa carrière de joueur, il évoluait au poste de centre. Meninga détient plusieurs records à son actif, il deviendra le joueur australien le plus capé en sélection nationale (45 sélections) et pour le Queensland (38 sélections). Meninga a reçu plusieurs distinctions individuelles comme le Order of Australia en 1994 et The Australian Achiever of the year en 1995. Il a fait 4 tournées successives avec les kangourous en Europe et en porta 2 fois le capitanat. Autre performance, il a joué près de 400 matchs dans le championnat australien et gagna trois fois celui-ci en 1989, 1990 et 1994. Il a gagné bon nombres d'awards, centre de l'année en 1991, capitaine de l'année en 1991 et Golden Boot pour le meilleur joueur du monde en 1990. Il arrêta sa carrière de joueur le 4 décembre 1994, lors du test-match face à la France.
