Il s'agit de la version féminine d'Antonin.

Antonine est devenu un prénom rare dans les pays francophones, excepté sans doute au Québec. Ce prénom est aujourd'hui très peu usité : alors qu'on en dénombrait en France près d'une centaine chaque année au début du XXe siècle, ils sont moins d'une dizaine par an début du XXIe siècle[1].
