Université d'État de Moscou, bel exemple d'architecture dite « socialiste »

L'Université d'État de Moscou-Lomonossov (en russe : Московский государственный университет им. М. В. Ломоносова) est une université russe située à Moscou.

L'université de Moscou a été fondée en 1755 grâce à Ivan Chouvalov. Plus de 40 000 étudiants et environ 7 000 doctorants y effectuent leurs études.

Elle a été baptisée ainsi en l'honneur de Mikhaïl Lomonossov.

Depuis 1953, se dresse un immense immeuble dessiné par l'architecte Lev Vladimirovitch Roudnev sur l'ordre de Staline. Haut de 240 mètres, il comprend 36 étages, plus de 33 km de couloirs et plus de 5 000 pièces. C'est l'une des « Sept sœurs » de Moscou.
