Obihiro (帯広市, Obihiro-shi?) est une ville située sur l'île d'Hokkaidō au Japon. En 2010, la ville avait une population de 168 713 habitants et une densité de 273 hab/km². La superficie totale de la ville est de 618,94 km².
La ville a été fondée le 1er avril 1933.
La ville abrite le quartier général de la 5e division de l'armée du nord de la force d'auto-défense terrestre de l'armée japonaise.
Les symboles municipaux sont l'alouette des champs et le bouleau.
