OMT (en anglais Object Modeling Technique, « technique de modélisation objet ») est, avec Booch et OOSE, l'un des langages de modélisation objet dont la fusion donnera UML.

Ce langage est l'œuvre de James Rumbaugh, qui est aussi l'un des pères d'UML (avec Grady Booch, fondateur du langage Booch, et Ivar Jacobson, fondateur du langage OOSE).

Les concepts de base y sont la classe, l'instance et l'objet ; l'attribut ; et la méthode.
