Ositadinma « Osi » Umenyiora, né le 16 novembre 1981 à Londres (Royaume-Uni), est un joueur nigérian de football américain qui évolue au poste de Defensive end.

D'origine nigérianne, Ositadinma est né en Angleterre avant que ses parents s'installent en Alabama. C'est au lycée qu'il commence à jouer au football américain.

Après avoir effectué sa carrière universitaire aux Troy Trojans de la Troy University, il fut drafté en 2003 à la 56e place (deuxième round) par les Giants de New York avec lesquels il joue actuellement. Il est associé à l'expérimenté Michael Strahan ses premières saisons.

Lors de la saison NFL 2007, il remporte le Super Bowl XLII contre les Patriots de la Nouvelle-Angleterre.

Il a été sélectionné à deux Pro Bowl en 2005 et 2007.

Il détient le record de sacks en un match dans la franchise des Giants avec 6 sacks.
