La circonscription d'Ottawa—Carleton apparue en 1966 avec des parties de Carleton, Ottawa-Est et Russell. Abolie en 1987, elle fut redistribuée parmi Gloucester—Carleton, Ottawa-Sud et Ottawa—Vanier.
