Panagiotis Kanellopoulos (en grec: Παναγιώτης Κανελλόπουλος) est un homme politique grec né à Patras en 1902 et décédé en 1986.

Adversaire de Métaxas, il fut déporté entre 1937 et 1940. Engagé volontaire lors de la Guerre italo-grecque en 1940, il dirigea, au début de Occupation de la Grèce par les puissances de l'Axe une organisation clandestine de jeunes nationalistes. Il passa ensuite avec l'aide des Britanniques au Moyen Orient où sa carrière politique commença sa phase ascendante.

Membre du cabinet Tsouderos en tant que ministre de la défence, puis ministre de la reconstruction dans le gouvernement de Gheórghios Papandréou à la libération.

Il est élu démocratiquement Premier ministre en 1967 avant d'être destitué par la junte militaire de 1967-1974.
