Fraternité Molokai
L'œuvre Points-Cœur a été fondée en 1990 par le P. Thierry de Roucy, de la congrégation religieuse catholique des Serviteurs de Jésus et de Marie, pour être une œuvre de compassion et de consolation en faveur des enfants et des hommes les plus rejetés à travers le monde, où les acteurs sont des jeunes qui acceptent de donner une ou deux années de leur vie à Dieu et aux plus démunis. Plus de 1.000 jeunes ont répondu à cet appel. Il y a actuellement 34 maisons Points-Cœur à travers le monde. L'œuvre Points-Cœurs a été reconnue en avril 2000 comme association privée de fidèles par Mgr Karlic, archevêque de Paraná (Argentine)
Certains d'entre eux ayant souhaité s'engager par une consécration au service de cette œuvre Points-Cœur, le P. De Roucy a fondé en 1995 la Fraternité Molokaï, congrégation comptant trois branches, une branche laïque féminine, une branche laïque masculine et une branche sacerdotale (pour prêtres et séminaristes). Ils étaient au nombre de 60 en 2005. Cette fraternité s'est placée sous le patronage du Bienheureux Damien de Molokai.
