Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, connu sous les initiales PNAS, est une revue scientifique américaine à comité de lecture. C'est la revue des comptes-rendus de l'Académie américaine des sciences.

PNAS est une revue généraliste, bien qu'une grande partie des publications soient centrées sur les différentes disciplines de la biologie. Elle est éditée depuis 1915 et est publiée hebdomadairement en anglais.

Il s'agit de la deuxième revue scientifique (toutes matières confondues) la plus citée ces dix dernières années après le Journal of Biological Chemistry.
