Punch est une gazette satirique hebdomadaire britannique publiée entre 1841 et 1992 puis de 1996 à 2002.

Fondé le 17 juillet 1841 par Henry Mayhew et par le graveur Ebenezer Landells, le journal est d'abord sous-titré The London Charivari en référence au journal Le Charivari.

William Makepeace Thackeray, l'auteur de Barry Lyndon et du Livre des Snobs, fut un collaborateur de Punch. Cecil Aldin et Phil May fournirent des caricatures à Punch. Willie Wilde, frère d'Oscar Wilde fut un temps son critique théâtral.

En 2002, après 150 ans de publication, les ventes déclinantes du journal le forcèrent à cesser de paraître, malgré la tentative de l'homme d'affaires égyptien Mohamed Al-Fayed de le relancer en 1996, expérience abandonnée au bout de six ans.
