Rush est le premier album du groupe de rock canadien Rush. Il est paru en 1974 suite au single Not fade away/You can't fight it (1973). Cet album comporte le line-up original avec Alex Lifeson (guitares), Geddy Lee (basse & voix) et John Rutsey (batterie) de 1968 jusqu'en 1974.
Cet album est sorti sur Moon Records, un label que Rush et son management avaient créé. Devant le succès de ce premier album, Mercury Records signa le groupe et ressorti l'album.Ce premier album est placé sous le signe du hard rock et sera certifié disque d'or aux États-Unis.Le titre Working Man demeure un classique qui a traversé les époques.
Après la sortie de l'album, John Rutsey dut quitter le groupe à cause de ses problèmes de diabète, il sera remplacé par Neil Peart.
