Sarzana (parfois francisé en Sarzane) est une commune italienne d'environ 21 600 habitants, située dans la province de La Spezia, dans la région Ligurie, dans le nord-ouest de l'Italie. Elle a été chef-lieu d'arrondissement du département des Apennins en 1805.
