Le Silver Meteor est une ligne de chemin de fer, mise en service le 2 février 1939[1], destinée au transport de passagers, longue de 2 235 km, operée par Amtrak, reliant New York à Miami en Floride via Washington, DC, Richmond, Fayetteville, Charleston, Savannah, Jacksonville et Orlando. Le Silver Meteor partage la plus grande partie de ses voies avec le Silver Star, qui passe un peu plus à l'ouest en Caroline du Nord et en Caroline du Sud.
