Sinus pleural : c'est un changement d'orientation de la plèvre.

Ce sont les sinus : médiastino costal antérieur, médiastino costaux postérieur, médiastino diaphragmatique, costo diaphragmatique (ou sinus inférieur), et les ligaments inter pleural : aortico-œsophagien et azygo-œsophagien.
