Le frère de Sophia Steen Brahe et son épouse
Sophie Brahe (1556 - 1643) est née à Knutstorp. Très jeune elle devint assistante de son frère Tycho Brahe l’aidant lors de diverses observations comme une éclipse de Lune. Elle a eu un fils, Tage Ottesen Thott de son premier mariage avec Otto Thott.
Tycho nommait sa sœur Sophia, la studieuse. Elle ne trouva pas sa vocation par ses facultés intellectuelles en sciences, elle se dévoua finalement aux prédictions astrologiques, en se basant sur les dates de naissances pour faire des interprétations de la carte du ciel.
