Stephen Mallory (1813 - 9 novembre 1873) est un politicien américain et le secrétaire à la Marine des États confédérés d'Amérique, durant la Guerre de Sécession. Il fut considéré comme l'un des officiers du Cabinet du président Jefferson Davis les plus compétents.
