Swan Records est un label musical américain indépendant créé à Philadelphie en 1957 par Bernie Binnick et Tony Mammarella.
Le principal fait de gloire de cette compagnie fut d'éditer le 16 septembre 1963 sur le territoire américain le single des Beatles She Loves You / I'll Get You, qui devint numéro 1 aux États-Unis le 21 mars 1964[1]. Swan obtint également les droits de Sie Liebt Dich, la version allemande de She Loves You.
L'autre grand succès de la firme fut la chanson Palissade Park interprétée par Freddy Cannon en 1962.
Swan Records disparut en 1967.

Ce label ne doit pas être confondu avec Swan Song Records.
