Tangmere

50°50′48.4″N 0°42′53.3″O / 50.846778, -0.714806 Village et ancienne base aérienne de la Royal Air Force dans le Sussex de l'Ouest près de Chichester. La base a joué un rôle important lors de la Bataille d'Angleterre, célèbre pour avoir été celle de l'as Douglas Bader durant la Seconde Guerre mondiale.

Présence d'un remarquable musée aéronautique.
