La Chambre des représentants du Texas (en anglais : Texas House of Representatives) est la chambre basse du corps législatif du Texas. Elle se compose de 150 membres qui représentent chacun un district regroupant environ 140 000 habitants. Les représentants sont élus pour deux ans sans limitation de mandat. Ils se réunissent dans le Capitole d'état du Texas, dans la capitale Austin.
L'assemblée est présidée par le Speaker of the House chargé de maintenir l'ordre, de faire respecter les règles. Depuis le 13 janvier 2009, le Speaker of the House est le républicain Joe Straus, élu dans le 121ème district (le nord-est du comté de Bexar). Le Speaker Pro Tempore est Sylvester Turner du District 139 (Houston).
Lors de la session 2009-2011, la chambre est dominée par une majorité de 76 Républicains contre une minorité de 74 représentants démocrates.
