- Margot Olavarria (bassiste) qui sera remplacée par Kathy Valentine en décembre 1980.

Histoire
L'album Beauty and the beast sera numéro 1 des charts américain en 1982 et double album de platine.
Le groupe se sépare le 10 mai 1985 puis est reformé en 1990.
Belinda Carlisle fera une carrière solo de 1986 à 1996, Charlotte Kaffey l'aidera artistiquement sur ses 2 premiers album solo.
