The Universe est le nom donné à l'ensemble d'îles qui seront construites au large de la côte de Dubaï, aux Émirats arabes unis. Ils formeront un groupe d'îles dans la forme du système solaire. L'Univers fera 3000 hectares de terres sa construction est estimée à 15 à 20 années. C'est Nakheel, la même entreprise chargée des projets de Palm Islands et The World, qui développe the Universe.

Annoncé en janvier 2008, le projet en est encore au stade de la planification. Il sera dragué par Van Oord, la société néerlandaise employée pour Palm Island et The World.
