Tomo Sakurai

Tomo Sakurai (櫻井智, Sakurai Tomo), née Tomoe Hatta (八田 友江, Hatta Tomoe) le 10 septembre 1971 à Ichikawa, préfecture de Chiba au Japon, est une seiyū, idole japonaise dans les années 1980, qui débute en 1987 avec le groupe féminin de Jpop Lemon Angel qui double aussi les héroïnes de la série anime du même nom. Après sa séparation, Tomo Sakurai reste dans le domaine du doublage en tant que seiyū. En 1993, elle fait partie d'un nouveau trio Jpop, Sabrina, créé spécialement pour le jeu video Tanjō le temps d'un single, Forever Dream. En 1994, elle connait le succès en doublant Mylene Jenius, l'héroïne de l'anime Macross 7, et depuis sort plusieurs disques durant les années 1990, en solo ou dans le cadre d'anime, dont un premier album en 1995 en tant que Mylene Jenius reprenant des chansons de Lynn Minmay, héroïne de la série Macross originale.
