Uncle Howie Records est un label indépendant détenu par le rappeur Ill Bill. Ce label tient son nom d'Howie, l'oncle polytoxicomane d'Ill Bill et de son frère Necro. Les débuts d'Uncle Howie Records remontent à 1998 où ce n'était qu'une inscription imprimée sur les singles 12" de Non Phixion. Uncle Howie Records se compose maintenant de Non Phixion, Ill Bill, Sabac Red, Goretex et DJ Eclipse. Ils ont signé plusieurs album 12" underground tels que Q-unique, Immortal Technique, E-Dot, Steven King ou encore Cyn Roc.
