Usquert est un village qui fait partie de la commune d'Eemsmond dans la province néerlandaise de Groningue.

Le 1er janvier 1990, la commune indépendante d'Usquert est supprimée et rattachée à Hefshuizen, commune renommée Eemsmond en 1992.
