Les BET Hip Hop Awards est une émission de télévision annuelle, diffusée par BET, récompensant les artistes, producteurs et réalisateurs de clips hip hop. La première cérémonie a eu lieu en 2006. La première s'est déroulée le 12 novembre 2006 à Atlanta au Fox Theatre et a été diffusée le 15 novembre sur BET. Elle était animée par Katt Williams. La seconde s'est déroulée le 13 octobre 2007 à Atlanta, et diffusée le 17 octobre 2007 et également animée par Katt Williams. La troisième s'est déroulée le 23 octobre 2008. Elle est animée par le chanteur de R&B T-Pain.
