Victor jr est né de la romance entre Victor Newman et Hope Adams. Mais quand Hope comprendra qu'elle n'a rien a faire dans la vie de Victor, elle divorcera et repartira au Kansas là bas elle accouchera de sont fils. Plus tard elle épousera Cliff Wilson et elevera Victor jr loin de son père.
