William Withey Gull (Colchester, 31 décembre 1816Londres, 29 janvier 1890), fut un médecin anglais. Il a été suggéré qu'il pourrait être Jack l'Éventreur.

Dans le roman From Hell, Gull est dépeint comme un dirigeant maçonnique qui accomplit des meurtres dans le but d'accomplir l'agenda politique de la secte luciférienne.
