You're My Best Friend est une chanson du groupe Queen paru d'abord en 1975 sur l'album A Night At the Opera , puis en single en single le 18 mai 1976. Ce single fut précédé par Bohemian Rhapsody, premier single extrait de l'album sorti fin octobre 1975, et qui connaît un succès.
John Deacon, bassiste du groupe, a écrit cette chanson pour sa femme.
La chanson fait partie de la bande originale du film Shaun of the Dead.
