La tianéptine (Stablon) est une substance chimique qui possède des propriétés antidépressive, analgésique et sédative, et qui est utilisée comme antidépresseur.

Elle est chimiquement très proche de l'amineptine, produit interdit en France en 1999 lors du retrait des amphétamines.
