Advanced Engineering Materials (abrégé en Adv. Eng. Mater.) est une revue scientifique à comité de lecture. Ce mensuel publie des articles de recherches originales dans le domaine de la structure des matériaux[1].
D'après le Journal Citation Reports, le facteur d'impact de ce journal était de 1,761 en 2009. Actuellement, le directeur de publication est Jörn Ritterbusch[2].
Le journal est publié par trois sociétés européennes des matériaux :
- Deutsche Gesellschaft für Materialkunde (DGM)[3]
- Société Française de Métallurgie et de Matériaux (SF2M)[4]
- Schweizerischen Verbandes für Materialwissenschaft und Technologie (SVMT)[5]
