Albert Marinus

Albert Marinus

Albert Marinus, né à Namur en 1886 et décédé en 1979, est un homme de lettres, historien et spécialiste du folklore belge.

Biographie

Il a fait de nombreuses recherches et publié de nombreux livres et articles sur ce domaine du folklore qui lui tenait à coeur.

Il a également fait revivre à Bruxelles la procession de l'Ommegang qui grâce à lui est redevenu patrie intégrante de la vie bruxelloise.
