Château de Charlottenhof.
Le palais de Charlottenhof se trouve au sud-ouest du palais de Sanssouci de Potsdam.
Histoire
Ce petit château néo-classique a été construit, dans le style classique italien, de 1826 à 1829 par Karl Friedrich Schinkel. On y voit le bureau et la chambre à coucher d'Alexander von Humboldt. Comme pour les thermes romains de Potsdam, aussi dessinés par Schinkel, le roi Frédéric-Guillaume IV — qui à l'époque n’était que prince — participa aux dessins et aux plans du château et des jardins environnants.
