Cut It Out est un film muet en noir et blanc d'Adrian Brunel sorti en 1925, film 16 mm d'une durée 19 minutes.
Synopsis
Cut It Out est une farce cinématographique qui se moque de la censure britannique, de son code et de son application cinématographique. Jeux de mots, jeux d'images qui nous rappellent l'attachement du premier cinéma au vaudeville. Adrian Brunel, dans ce film, se moque des genres cinématographiques et adapte son histoire à l'illogisme que toute application rigide d'un code trop strict impose au cinéma, ce faisant il joue avec la possibilité de manipulation et de détournement qu'offre le cinéma.
