Department est un film indien dont la sortie est prévu en juin 2011 . Réalisé par Ram Gopal Varma le film va réunir de nouveau à l'écran le duo Abhishek et Amitabh Bachchans (comme dans les films "Sarkar" et "Sarkar Raj" du même réalisateur). Le film traitera les relations entre les policiers et les politiciens: leurs amitiés, leurs rivalités...Même si ce sujet a été le thème de nombreux films, dans "Department" il sera représenté d'une manière plus réelle. De faite que le réalisateur a utilisé de nombreux faits et des personnages réelles, il ne veut pas dévoiler le scenario. Le film aura le plus gros budget jamais dépensé par Ram Gopal Varma.
