Digable Planets est un groupe de hip hop alternatif originaire de Brooklyn, composé de Ishmael "Butterfly" Butler, Craig "Doodlebug" Irving, Mary Ann "Ladybug Mecca" Vieira.
Biographie
Leur premier album sorti en 1993 Reachin' (A New Refutation of Time and Space) reçut un large succès et se voit crédité d'un disque d'or par la Recording Industry Association of America. Le single principal issu de cet album se vit décerné un Grammy Award en 1994. Cette performance ne fut pas rééditée pour leur album suivant 'Blowout Comb et dans la suite de leur carrière.
