Diyya

Diyya

La Diyya (« prix du sang ») est une compensation financière expiatoire que doit payer l'auteur (ou la famille de l'auteur) d'un homicide à la famille de la victime selon la religion musulmane.

Elle doit aussi être payée par une femme qui a avorté[1].
