Historique
Down Down est un single issu du 8e album studio, On the Level. Plus court que la version figurant sur l'album, ce titre s'appelait au départ Get Down[1].
Down Down est le premier et unique single de Status Quo à avoir atteint la première place dans les charts anglais[2]. La face B est le titre Nightride qui figure également sur On the Level.
Il a été certifié disque d'argent le 1er février 1975 par la BPI[3] pour plus de 200 000 singles vendus.
