Fuck the Pain Away est une chanson du deuxième album de Peaches intitulé The Teaches of Peaches.
Elle était professeur de musique et d'art dramatique avant de réussir sur scène. Ses chansons utilisent un vocabulaire explicitement sexuel, mais pas sexiste, bien au contraire. Elle cite Debbie Harry et Chrissie Hynde. Le refrain : « SIS IUD, stay in school ‘cause it's the best » fait référence à la méthode contraceptive du stérilet.
La chanson apparaît dans une scène du film Lost in Translation de Sofia Coppola. On l'entend aussi dans l'épisode de South Park « La meilleure gagneuse de Butters » et dans le film d'horreur My Little Eye.
