Le Housing and Development Board (HDB, chinois simplifié : 建屋发展局; malais : Lembaga Pembangunan dan Perumahan ; tamoul : வீடமைப்பு வளர்ச்சிக் கழகம்) est un conseil statutaire du Ministry of National Development de Singapour responsable de l'administration des logements sociaux à Singapour. Dans les années 1960, il aurait participé de façon déterminante à l'élimination des bidonvilles et des squats singaporiens, relocalisant les habitants dans des logements peu coûteux payées par l'État[1].
