Hasan Agha est le fils adoptif de Khayr ad-Din Barberousse, grand amiral de l'Empire ottoman au XVIe siècle.
Hasan Agha ou Hadim Hassan Agha, aussi Hassan l'eunuque ("Agha" signifie "l'Officier"), est un dirigeant renégat sarde de la Régence d'Alger de 1533 à 1545. Il est l'adjoint (khalifa) de Hayreddin Barberousse, qui lui laisse le commandement d'Alger quand il part pour Istanbul en 1533.
En 1534, Hasan Agha continue à diriger Alger quand Barberousse est en campagne en Tunisie. Il gouverne jusqu'en 1545, Barberousse continuant à être basé à Istanbul comme Commandant en chef de la flotte ottomane. Il dirige la défense d'Alger pendant l'expédition de 1541, qui finit avec des résultats catastrophiques, du fait d'intempéries, pour Charles Quint.
