Hoa Hakananai'a est un moaï (statue de l'île de Pâques) conservé au British Museum de Londres. Retiré du lieu de cérémonie d'Orongo sur l'île de Pâques le 7 novembre 1868 par l'équipage britannique du navire Portsmouth le 25 août 1869. Il s'agit d'un des rares moaïs conservés hors de l'île de Pâques.
