James Harbord
James Guthrie Harbord

James Guthrie Harbord (né le 21 mars 1866 - mort le 20 août 1947) était un officier supérieur de l'armée des États-Unis (US Army lieutenant general). Il était aussi président et membre du conseil d'administration de RCA.

  • 1903-1916 : Officier assistant dans l'armée américaine stationnée aux Philippines.
  • 1916 : Second du général Pershing à la frontière mexicaine lors de la recherche de Pancho Villa.
  • 1917 - 1919 : Officier supérieur dans l'American Expeditionary Force.
  • 1919 - 1920 : Officier général envoyé en mission diplomatique au moyen-orient pour vérifier la possibilité de réaliser la déclaration Balfour.
