Jillian Evans, aussi appelée Jill Evans, est une députée européenne britannique née le 8 mai 1959 à Rhondda. Elle a été élue pour la première fois lors des élections européennes de 1999 dans la circonscription du Pays de Galles et a été réélue en 2004 et en 2009

Elle est membre du Plaid Cymru, parti dont elle a été présidente de 1994 à 1996 ; elle en est vice-présidente depuis 2003.

Membre du parlement européen depuis 1999, elle siège au sein du groupe des Verts/Alliance libre européenne, dont elle est première vice-présidente depuis 2009. Au cours de l'actuelle législature, elle est membre de la commission de l'environnement, de la santé publique et de la sécurité alimentaire[1].
