Lucien Bouchardeau, né le 18 décembre 1961, est un ancien arbitre nigérien de football.
Polémique
Il est surtout connu pour son action lors de la Coupe du monde 1998. En effet, alors qu'il arbitrait Italie-Chili, il accorda un penalty contestable pour les italiens, suite à une main du défenseur Ronald Fuentes à la 85e minute [1]. Les soupçons sont aggravés, lorsque Lucien Bouchardeau accepte une interview de la part d'un journal italien Tuttosport, alors que la FIFA l'a toujours interdit à n'importe quel arbitre [2]. Suite à cela, il doit arrêter sa carrière d'arbitre pendant quelque temps et raccroche en 2001.
