Minna Canth (née Ulrika Wilhelmina Johnsson, Tampere, 19 mars 1844-Kuopio, 12 mai 1897) était une femme de lettres et féministe finnoise.

Veuve avec sept enfants, influencée par Ibsen ou Tolstoï, elle commença à écrire en finnois bien qu'elle fût suédophone, tout en gérant la draperie de sa famille. Elle fut très célèbre à son époque pour ses idées à contre-courant de la norme.

Ses œuvres portent sur les droits féminins, surtout dans le contexte d'une culture dominante qui ne permettait pas la réalisation des femmes. Son œuvre la plus connue est sa pièce La Famille du pasteur.

Depuis 2007, le 19 mars, jour de sa naissance, est le jour de l'égalité en Finlande.
