Musical Youth est un groupe de reggae britannique. Le groupe, originellement formé en 1979 à Duddeston Manor School à Birmingham, est connu notamment pour son titre Pass the Dutchie sélectionné aux Grammies. Il est formé de deux paires de frères, Kelvin et Michael Grant, et Junior et Patrick Waite.
La chanson Pass the Dutchie est une reprise de Pass the Kutchie du groupe The Mighty Diamonds, qui traite de l'usage récréatif du cannabis, "kutchie" signifiant en argot : joint.
Les références évidentes à la drogue ont été modifiées, le morceau traite de malnutrition, "Dutchie" veut dire marmite et le mot herbe a été remplacé par food (aliment).
