La Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC) (ourdou : ادارہ جوہری توانائی پاکستان) est une agence scientifique pakistanaise civile qui est officiellement responsable du développement et de l'application pacifique de l'énergie nucléaire au Pakistan. Dans la pratique, elle s'occupe de toutes les applications de l'énergie nucléaire au Pakistan. Elle a été fondée par une loi du parlement pakistanais en 1956 dirigé alors par le premier ministre pakistanais Huseyn Shaheed Suhrawardy.
La responsabilité de la risposte nucléaire a été transférée à la Pakistan National Command Authority, qui est dirigée en 2010 par Youssouf Raza Gilani.
