Special Criminal Court

Une Special Criminal Court (irlandais : Cúirt Choiriúil Speisialta, français : Cour criminelle spéciale) est un tribunal sans jury de République d'Irlande. Mises en place grâce à l'article 38 de la Constitution de l'Irlande, elles jugent les délits de terrorisme et de crime organisé. Elles ont fonctionnées plusieurs fois contre les mouvements armés républicains, en particulier pendant le conflit nord-irlandais.
